About the Role
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for home design? U.S. Whirlpool is looking for a driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. We don’t just sell bathtubs; we sell relaxation, luxury, and the ultimate home sanctuary. We are a small family owned business. We believe in a balanced home and work life. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, contractors, and designers. You’ll guide them through our premium product line—from freestanding soaking tubs to modern whirlpool systems—ensuring they find the perfect centerpiece for their bathroom project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and promptly and professionally.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and budgets to recommend the ideal bathtub models, finishes, and accessories.
- Quote Generation: Prepare accurate pricing quotes and follow up diligently to close the sale.
- Relationship Building: Manage accounts for local contractors and interior designers to encourage repeat business.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in bathroom design and the technical specifications of our inventory.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales or retail sales experience (home improvement, plumbing, or interior design background is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a "customer-first" attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Excel, Microsoft Office, Quick Books (Will train the right candidate)
- Drive: A self-starter who is motivated by hitting targets and driving sales.
- Education: High school diploma required.
