Job description

Associate Inside Sales Executive, Sports Core
Work Mode: Onsite
Location:Kohler, WI
Opportunity
Responsible for owning internal sales efforts to target new customers and to implement member retention efforts to drive membership renewals. Build relationships and effectively communicate pertinent sales information throughout the Sports Core organization. Represent Kohler interests to ensure customer obligations are honored. Work closely with all Sports Core cross functional teams driving desired results for the organization. Demonstrates a strong ego-driven / assertive nature and is capable of developing strong skillset in sales and resort knowledge. Position serves as part of the Kohler Hospitality Sales talent pipeline with the opportunity for advancement in the sales career path.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Meet weekly outbound prospecting call objectives to new Sports Core customers, as defined by the Membership Services Manager.
  2. Develop strategic sales tactic collateral to facilitate call campaigns and facilitate customer follow up.
  3. Maintain a call tracking database that measures productivity (i.e. outbound calls), prompts for follow up and quantifies critical success factors: sales appointments generated, key contact identification, prospects identified, programs contracted.
  4. Develop and maintain client databases for the purpose of client communication - eblasts, direct mail, etc. Database to differentiate between active, joined, and cancelled status to allow for customized marketing campaigns.
  5. Develop and build trusting relationships with all key functional colleagues in Kohler Hospitality.
  6. Work closely with all sales support functions in Sports Core including, Tennis, Fitness, Kids Core, and Facility Operations to ensure proper alignment of resources and gaining consensus while driving efficiency and sales results.
  7. As part of the associates development towards advancement in the Sales job family - this role can be called upon to serve as the Sales liaison for process improvement initiatives. Requirements could include: data analyses, market research, and application of lean principles to existing or new processes.
  8. Coordinate site visits for sales efforts as well as partner with the Membership Services Manager to execute in-market client outreach events.
  9. Complete and execute special projects per established timelines as directed by the Sales Manager-Sports Core.
  10. Provide customer service by connecting members to services, updating account information and resolving billing errors.
  11. Assist with monthly administrative tasks including management of member incentives.
  12. Assist in scheduling services and lessons for other departments. Ensure there is always accuracy in the booking that is done.
  13. Continue to build the knowledge of everything happening in the facility to help answer questions from members and hotel guests by phone, email and walk in.

Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in sales and/or customer relations preferred. Must possess strong written and oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts. Individual who wants to progress beyond this level of responsibility wthin the Kohler Hospitality Sales organization is desirable.
Associate Inside Sales Executive: 0-2 years of sales experience required
Inside Sales Executive: 2-4 years of sales experience required

The hourly range for this position is $19.30 - $28.90. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
