This is a hybrid role based at our Rochester, NY location.
How you will contribute
OurHCM Sales Associateis responsible forbuilding andmaintainingbusiness relationships with new clients. The HCM Sales Associate works to generate revenue opportunities for the company's platform of Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative.
  • Identify and develop new prospects through working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers as referral partners to further penetrate the market, build your brand, and obtain quota.
  • Become a master of Asure's online Demo to utilize as a walk-through tool while prospecting.
  • Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/Outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Develop and manage an overflowing sales funnel of new opportunities to attain and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
  • Leverages Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5 years' experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
  • Proactive, results oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales.
  • Demonstrates an ambitious, positive mindset with self-motivation to surpass performance goals, grow earnings, and progress professionally.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred.

Compensation
The base hourly range for this position is $26.50 - $31.25, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure.Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
