Job description

Key Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Associate will be a critical member of our sales team, focusing on driving the initial stages of the sales pipeline and supporting efforts to convert prospects into customers. Key duties include:

  • Outreach & Pipeline Generation:
    • Actively support B2B outreach campaigns through effective use of email and phone communication.
    • Leverage and utilize AI-powered sales tools (e.g., CRM, sequencing, research tools) to enhance efficiency and personalize prospecting efforts.
  • Product Representation & Demos:
    • Support both onsite and offsite vehicle demonstrations and product presentations.
    • Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic product representative, effectively communicating its value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Deal Support & Closure:
    • Assist the sales team with quoting efforts, pricing coordination, and preparing necessary documentation.
    • Collaborate closely with team members to move opportunities efficiently through the pipeline, ultimately supporting efforts to close the deal.
Required Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with the following background:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar business development role.
  • Product Launch Experience: Demonstrated experience in bringing a new product to market, including handling objections and educating the market on a novel solution.
  • Industry Preference (Preferred): Experience in SaaS or technical sales is strongly preferred, showing an ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex product features.
  • Language (Preferred): Spanish speaking preferred to support our diverse client base and expand reach into new markets.
  • Environment Preference (Preferred): Prior experience working within a startup or a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
  • This role is based in our Garden Grove office.
  • The Inside Sales Associate is expected to work ~2 days on site in office per week, with flexibility for remote work the remaining days.
  • OTE includes base salary plus variable commission/bonus compensation.
