job summary

As an Inbound Sales Representative, leveraging your strong sales orientation, you will be generating revenue by creating new leads, new accounts and also assisting with current customer accounts.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Answer Inbound Calls following LDR script guidelines

  • Qualifying lead potential by asking discovery questions

  • Quoting clients based on needs

  • Taking new sales requests and creating customer orders / accounts

  • Taking new leads from current customers and converting them into new orders

  • Use strong decision making and communication skills to identify the revenue generating potential of a lead, and if needed, refer the lead to other departments specializing in those types of accounts

  • Able to work within a customer driven environment

  • Utilize LDR pricing tools to maximize conversion rate

  • Sell to new prospects through incoming calls

  • Understand customers' needs and requirements

  • Solidify and close deals to achieve sales goals by building rapport, adding value, and providing exceptional products to customers

  • Utilize Salesforce/CRM software to input and track customer data information

  • Ensure that assigned accounts are properly serviced and receive top quality attention and assistance

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

  • 1+ years of proven inside sales experience with excellent phone presentation skills

  • A strong sales mindset and revenue generating orientation

  • Ability to assess the revenue generating potential of a lead, and if needed, refer the lead to other departments specializing in those types of accounts

  • Resiliency in dealing with changing circumstances and/or potential client rejection

  • Able to work within a customer driven environment

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Highly energetic, self-starter, great attention to detail, and highly organized

  • Positive attitude

  • Highly motivated

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills

  • Solid technical/computer aptitude - including ability to work on multi-screen systems
