Work Model: On-site / Hybrid (2 days a week in Sacramento office)
Role Description:
We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to manage incoming customer inquiries and deliver exceptional sales and service experience. This role assists customers with product selection, order placement, and product information while providing consultative recommendations to support purchasing decisions. Through leveraging product knowledge in lighting, patio, and home decor, the Inbound Sales Representative builds customer confidence, strengthens relationships, and contributes to the achievement of individual and team sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual sales goals and performance objectives established on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs through knowledgeable recommendations and solution-based selling.
  • Guide customers through the website, purchasing process, and available resources to ensure a smooth buying experience.
  • Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and related transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering professional, courteous, and a responsible service across all communication channels.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lighting, patio, and home decor products to confidently answer questions and support purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying appropriate solutions and collaborating with internal teams.
