The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in supporting the onboarding of new customers onto our software platform. The role involves elements of project management, technical support as well as training. In addition to supporting the initial setup of new customers, Implementation Managers will also support major setup changes and overhauls. Implementation Managers must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and driven to keep deadlines and help hold others accountable. Ideal candidates will have experience in roles related to software onboarding, training or technical support.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or related role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention and obsession for detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Effectively and efficiently solve problems ranging in difficulty
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing priorities
  • Availability to include some weekday evening hours
  • Availability to include some travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years software sales, account management, onboarding, training, and/or technical support experience
  • Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Experience working with Professional Services Automation Software (PSA)

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary: $50k-$60k, plus eligibility for bonus plan (up to 25% of salary)

Priority will be given to candidates located near our Grand Rapids, MI headquarters or in our Denver, CO and Chicago, IL metro area hubs who are interested in a hybrid working arrangement. Secondary consideration will be given to candidates who reside in states where we currently have employees, including CO, IA, IL, ME, MA, MI, NY, NC, OR, SC, TX, UT, VT, VA, and WA. Candidates located outside of the US or any of the states listed previously are not able to be considered at this time.
