General Job Description:

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of software solutions for clients, ensuring that the process is seamless, and that the solution is aligned with the customer's business needs. This role focuses on the technical aspects of implementation by assisting customers with their system configurations and troubleshooting issues. The Implementation Coordinator works closely with customers, internal technical teams, and customer support to ensure that all customer integrations are functional.


Essential Functions:

  • Configure software solutions and integrate them with the customers' systems based on stated requirements.
  • Lead the planning and execution of implementation projects assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and in alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and clients. Ensure clear and timely communication regarding project status, updates, and potential issues.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Monitor the progress of implementation projects, tracking milestones and deadlines. Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
  • Coordinate resources and ensure the availability of necessary materials or personnel for project execution. Ensure that the team is equipped to handle any roadblocks that may arise.
  • Identify potential risks or delays in the implementation process and develop strategies to mitigate these issues.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials for clients or internal teams involved in the implementation.
  • Test integrated solutions to ensure data is being transferred and processed correctly.
  • Provide support after the implementation phase, assisting with troubleshooting, follow-up, and ensuring the smooth transition of services or systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or a related customer-facing field, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal and external teams.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines, resources, and communication between stakeholders.
  • Proficient with computers and the Microsoft Suite of Products.
  • Proficient with project management software.
