Job Description
The Implementation Coordinator supports the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and pilot programs by coordinating project activities, managing communications, collecting and synthesizing stakeholder feedback, maintaining project documentation and reporting, and providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. The role serves as a central point of coordination across project teams, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and key outcomes are monitored and communicated effectively.
The Implementation Coordinator partners with program and implementation teams to execute pilot programs and key business initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and communications, managing project mailboxes and participant lists, creating and administering surveys, tracking engagement and feedback, analyzing data to identify trends and themes, developing reports and presentations, and maintaining project documentation. The role gathers insights from multiple feedback channels and translates findings into actionable recommendations that support project decisions, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation of firm-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support pilot programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze feedback from surveys, meetings, mailboxes, and other touchpoints.
  • Identify recurring themes, trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to project teams.
  • Develop and maintain project trackers, participant lists, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and the creation of actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, webinars, surveys, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project progress, participation, and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and process guides.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience with project analysis and/or project management.
  • Detailed, timely, accurate; proven tracking and analysis ability.
  • Experienced in identifying and raising issues, avoiding bottlenecks, and providing support to keep projects on track.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V lookup, etc.)
  • Confidence in leveraging AI capabilities such as Copilot to enhance meeting facilitation, thought partner, etc.
  • High interest and aptitude for moving into larger, more advanced project roles.
  • Financial Services experience.

In-Office Collaboration

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $71,300-$98,100/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
