THE TYPE OF INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Strong attention to detail, solid math, and data-entry skills
  • Positive, flexible, team-oriented mindset

Preferred qualifications include professional written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service abilities, a positive attitude, a team-player mentality, and excellent attendance.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime available.
As our Internal Implementation Coordinator, you'll support daily operations by coordinating PPO network setups, tracking and communicating plan changes, managing contact updates and HIPAA rosters, preparing run-out invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Your work will ensure information is correct, organized, and available to internal teams when needed.
