Implementation Coordinator

Why This Role Matters
As an Implementation Coordinator, you will help create a seamless enrollment experience for employee benefits clients by ensuring their benefits administration platforms are accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate. Your work directly supports successful enrollments, efficient benefits administration, and positive client experiences.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Account Managers, clients, carriers, and vendors to build and maintain benefits administration portals, support open enrollment initiatives, manage integrations, and troubleshoot system issues. You'll serve as a key resource in keeping benefits information organized, accessible, and compliant while helping clients maximize the value of their technology platforms.
 
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Build and maintain benefits administration portals, ensuring enrollment data, plan information, rates, and documents are accurate and current.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to gather client and carrier information needed for successful portal implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Configure carrier, vendor, and payroll integrations to support accurate enrollment, eligibility management, and benefits administration processes.
  • Support annual renewals and open enrollment activities by updating plans, rates, documents, workflows, and employee-facing enrollment materials.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide responsive support to clients and internal teams, helping resolve concerns efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare compliance-related documents, build annual plan libraries, and maintain organized records that support client service excellence and regulatory requirements.

*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
