Job Description

This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data and metrics to identify important trends. In addition, the position requires development and reporting of analytic summaries.Perform workforce analytics (leading/lagging indicators) and other ad-hoc reporting, including consolidating data and preparing reports. In coordination with HRIS technical resources, develop effective reporting solutions that support business goals and objectives.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years professional experience
  • 5+ years' experience effectively analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of complex data into relevant insights
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods in the areas of modeling and analytics
  • Interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills, including ability to communicate analytics to a non-technical audience
  • Understanding of how to analyze and interpret HR data and make recommendations based on findings
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze correlations between metrics and data
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS-Excel pivot tables, v-lookups and other Excel functions
  • Knowledge of HRIS software such as SAP/HR, SAP/BW, Business Objects, SuccessFactors or others
  • Knowledge of SAP/HR and SAP/BW
  • Knowledge of Payroll and Finance fundamentals

Duration: 5 - 6 Months Contract
