Job description

This is a senior production leadership position combining Head Baker and Executive Pastry Chef responsibilities into a single role. We need someone who can operate at both levels simultaneously — the technical mastery of a great production baker and the business discipline of someone who owns a kitchen's P&L.

You will be the most senior culinary person leading our production team, own our recipe library, manage food cost and waste, drive seasonal menu innovation, and set the standard the rest of the kitchen works toward every day. 

The team you'd be joining includes bakers who have been here for over a decade. You will need to earn their respect.
