Job description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Bakery Chef to lead our kitchen team, innovate our menu, and uphold the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the bakery team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Develop and execute creative recipes, from breads and pastries to cakes and desserts.
Maintain consistent product quality, presentation, and freshness.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Train and mentor staff to foster skill development and teamwork.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de partie baker, pastry chef, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality.

* Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a similar role
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


The Head Bakery Chefmust also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines. Rotating Day and Night shift work will be required for this role. Successful applicants should be adaptive to cultural environments, have strong people management skills and management experience in the food service industry with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
