As a Human Resources Associate, you will play a key role in supporting employees throughout their employment journey by maintaining employee records, administering benefits, assisting with onboarding, conducting audits, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who is committed to delivering exceptional service and supporting the success of our employees and organization.
Essential Functions:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within Human Resources Management System (Paycom), ensuring personnel files, documentation, and employment data are complete and up to date
  • Validate onboarding for Core and Temp Workers and hire into HR Management System
  • Process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for rehires, terminations, and other employee updates
  • Review, reconcile, and process invoices related to HR
  • Administer and facilitate new hire orientation
  • Provide administrative support including generating reports, uploading documentation, and maintaining employee records
  • Validate employee benefit enrollments, investigate and reconcile benefit discrepancies, and partner with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate coverage and billing
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners by delivering exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions
  • Performs audits of various HR functions and recommends corrective action
  • Assists with research and/or special projects

Education: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:           
  • Data entry in software system
  • 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience
Preferred Experience: 
  • 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience in Human Resources department

  • Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
