Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Growth Manager in the SAAS Sales sector. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and retention strategies. Daily tasks include executing and managing sales initiatives, analyzing market trends for new opportunities, identifying and engaging with potential clients, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales processes. The Growth Manager will also regularly review analytics to inform business decisions and provide insights for improving sales performance.


Qualifications:

Work experience in relevant industry segment of Residential/Commercial contractors or service businesses

Strong Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively

Experience in data-driven Analytics and a demonstrated ability to optimize performance metrics

Ability to thrive in an on-site team-focused environment

Familiarity with SAAS-based tools and CRM systems is highly desirable
