The Role.

We're seeking a Growth Associate who will help identify, develop, and execute strategies to drive user acquisition. This role will focus on scaling our network through creative initiatives, data driven decision making, and close collaboration across teams.

What You'll Be Doing.

  • Helping design and launching ambassador programs to expand reach and engage new audiences through grassroots initiatives.
  • Building relationships with influencers, creators, and niche communities to amplify brand visibility and drive adoption.
  • Coordinating influencer campaigns, including outreach, content planning, and performance analysis.
  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure success and inform decisions.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform growth strategies.
