Job description

Hi I'm Aidan, founder of Maple.
At Maple, we're building AI agents that work for restaurants. These agents answer calls, take orders, book appointments, and handle real customer interactions over natural voice.
But our bigger mission goes deeper: we're building automated ontologies that model how businesses actually operate - their services, workflows, constraints, and language - so our agents can adapt to them instantly. We meet businesses where they are, not where software wants them to be.
We have many customers, strong revenue growth, years of runway, and backing from world-class investors. I'll share more once we meet.
Growth Associate
About the Role
The Growth Associate role is designed as a rotational program, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to different parts of Maple's revenue engine - including pre-sale, post-sale, product, and operations. This role is your chance to gain hands-on experience driving business growth, understanding key revenue levers, and helping scale Maple's impact across teams. You'll work on a variety of high-priority projects that support sales, customer retention, and process efficiency - developing your skills while making a measurable impact on our bottom line.
What You'll Do
  • Rotate through core areas at Maple: sales, customer success, product, and operations-with a focus on identifying and executing on growth opportunities
  • Support projects related to revenue growth: process improvements, new initiative pilots, and helping teams operate more efficiently
  • Partner with teams to identify best practices and address immediate business needs tied to revenue generation and retention
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and gain exposure to the challenges and solutions for driving business results
  • Work closely with mentors and team leads to develop skills that have a direct growth impact
  • Share insights, propose improvements, and help execute on strategies that drive revenue and customer success

What We're Looking For
  • Any level of experience is welcome - including new grads, early-career professionals, or those seeking a career shift
  • Interest in learning how a high-growth company drives revenue across multiple go-to-market teams
  • Collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with others, learning from them, and driving team-based results
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Organized and communicative, with a focus on growth and data-driven impact
  • Self-motivated, curious, and driven to contribute to Maple's growth and success

Why Maple?
  • Unique opportunity to build your skills and make an impact across the entire growth and revenue function
  • Supportive team environment that values experimentation and results
  • Ability to shape your experience and explore long-term roles in growth, sales, and more
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and meaningful equity

If you're ready to help accelerate Maple's growth, work with high-impact teams, and be part of our journey, we encourage you to apply.
How we work
  • We optimize for leverage. That means great internal tooling, fast CI/CD, and code that scales across many customer types
  • We believe in deep ownership. Engineers here talk to users, design features, and ship fast
  • We value clarity over process. You'll spend most of your day building, not waiting on decisions
  • We move in person. We're a tight-knit team that moves fast and solves problems together

What we offer
  • Competitive salary + meaningful equity
  • A real product with real usage and growing revenue
  • Strong In-person culture, fast feedback loops, and zero bureaucracy
  • A small team that feels like a founding team
  • Full health, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and unlimited PTO
  • Tools budget, coffee budget, whatever-you-need-to-be-great budget

Want to help reimagine how software works for real-world businesses? Let's talk.
