Carolina Caring is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Growth to lead and execute the organization’s strategic growth initiatives across business development, outreach, marketing, and communications. This senior leadership role is responsible for expanding community awareness, strengthening strategic partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving initiatives that increase access to Carolina Caring’s hospice, palliative care, and pediatric services.

The Vice President of Growth will provide visionary leadership to the Outreach, Community Engagement, and Marketing & Communications teams, fostering collaboration to strengthen brand awareness, referral relationships, community partnerships, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-driven leader with a passion for healthcare and a proven ability to develop innovative strategies that advance mission-focused organizations.

Employee Type:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Healthcare experience preferred. Must be capable of performing the essential job responsibilities.

Required Degree:

Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience OR a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
