  • Lead Barracuda's global marketing-driven growth strategy, driving revenue growth and pipeline performance aligned to business priorities.
  • Own the global growth marketing operating model, defining centralized and regional responsibilities to enable consistent execution at scale.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue executives to set growth priorities, guide investment decisions, and strengthen GTM effectiveness.
  • Establish and govern global standards and policies across campaigns, KPIs, digital spend, web operations, and AI-enabled marketing.
  • Define and oversee measurement frameworks for pipeline attribution, CAC, ROI, conversion, and funnel performance.
  • Own global digital investment and paid media strategy, managing budgets, channel mix, testing, and ROI optimization across search, ABM, programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Own the website as a global growth platform, accountable for performance, governance, conversion, and operational execution in partnership with IT and Security.
  • Lead AI-enabled personalization and digital experiences, ensuring responsible use, measurable impact, and continuous optimization.
  • Own global lifecycle growth strategy, partnering with Customer Success and Product Marketing to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and renewal.
  • Set global standards for field and partner marketing, while directly leading Americas Field and Partner Marketing to drive regional pipeline and execution.
What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 12-15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership in growth, demand generation, digital performance marketing, and/or marketing operations.
  • Proven experience owning sizable digital/media budgets with measurable ROI and pipeline accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish global standards, governance, and operating cadence that improves performance and efficiency.
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Finance, and IT/Security to drive corporate-level outcomes.
  • Experience building scalable web and digital platforms, including CRO, attribution, and marketing technology enablement.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled personalization or digital experience optimization strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.

The anticipated on target earning (OTE) range for this role is $259,000.00 to $370,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
