The Human Resources Site Manager implements and supports Corporate Human Resource policies and programs at the Site level. The major areas covered are organizational planning and development, recruiting and selection, orientation and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health, and employee services.

Bachelor's Degree in related field or Equivalent

Three (3) to four (4) years of front line Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing

SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Demonstrated experience with recruiting, organizational development, employee relations and coaching

Familiarity with applicable Federal, state and local employment regulations

Works with site management team to implement and support Corporate Human Resource policies and programs at the Site level

Participate as an active member of the site management team

Assist with the development of the site leadership and all team members

Manage and develop the site HR team

Recruit all site employees - exempt, non-exempt, students, and temporary

Coordinate onboarding; orientation and training of new site employees

Employee relations, counseling, and coaching

Maintain Job Descriptions; conduct local salary surveys annually; and monitor the performance evaluation program at the site

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of employment policies and employee handbook

Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals

Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed

Exit interviewing

Establishes and maintains department records and reports

Maintains accurate HRIS employee data for all site team members

Other duties as required and assigned
