Infopact, Inc. is an SBA-certified 8(a) Woman-Owned Small Business with over 20 years of experience supporting Federal agencies. We specialize in SAP and Oracle ERP modernization, enterprise data platforms, financial systems transformation, audit readiness, and acquisition system support across DoD and federal civilian agencies. We are entering our next phase of growth and seeking a Vice President – Growth to lead disciplined expansion in our core markets. Position Overview The Vice President – Growth will own pipeline development, capture execution, and revenue expansion across DoD and federal civilian agencies. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping opportunities, driving win strategy, and converting qualified pipeline into awarded contracts. The successful candidate has a proven federal track record winning contracts in ERP modernization, financial management systems, audit support, and federal IT services. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a qualified federal pipeline aligned to Infopact’s ERP and data modernization capabilities
Lead capture efforts from early market positioning through contract award
Drive bid/no-bid decisions based on probability of win and margin objectives
Develop and execute clear, competitive win strategies
Lead or directly support proposal development, including technical and management volumes
Expand relationships within federal financial management, comptroller, CIO, and acquisition communities
Structure and negotiate teaming arrangements with large and small business partners
Identify and pursue 8(a) direct award and sole-source opportunities
Institutionalize scalable capture and proposal processes
Required Qualifications 10+ years of federal business development, capture, and proposal leadership experience
Demonstrated success winning prime contracts, 8(a) direct awards, and strategic subcontracts
Experience in federal financial management, ERP (SAP/Oracle), audit remediation, or IT modernization
Proven technical writing capability in federal proposals
Strong understanding of FAR-based procurement and competitive bidding environments
Established federal customer and partner relationships within DoD and/or civilian agencies
Experience scaling growth within a federal services firm
