This role collaborates closely with a cross-functional team of operators and engineers to ensure that we are acquiring high-quality users and prepared to scale. Job Description

The Role: 
- Drive, test, measure, and iterate on various types of growth campaigns to generate new demand 
- Take ownership of, maintain, improve upon existing demand channels 
- Take a highly analytical approach to measuring performance and turn insights into actionable plans 
- Research new marketing trends and keep the team informed 
- Optimize marketing budget by quantifying most efficient growth channels 
- Evangelize HomeShare

Qualifications

You will have a major impact on our growth trajectory: you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of consumer needs, identify new opportunities for traffic growth, and defining strategic initiatives. Experience: 
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university ideally with a quantitative or technical concentration 
- Preferred 1-3 years of highly analytical / quantitative marketing experience 
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills 
- Strong problem-solving skills and highly creative, always thinking outside the box 
- Motivated, driven and self-starting individual who enjoys solving problems and finding areas of improvement 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment 
- Excellent time management / organizational skills
