Netic

San Francisco, CA • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 17 days ago

Job description

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.
You'll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.
About the role
Netic serves some of the largest, most important essential service businesses in the US, and we are in the process of serving many more.
We are looking for a creative and results oriented growth marketing generalist that will run campaigns end to end and help us break into our highest priority accounts. You will come up with and execute on memorable, A+ quality campaigns.
You will work closely with our sales org to source ideas, gather context from the front lines and execute on campaign follow-through.
This is a perfect role for a results oriented and creative marketer that wants to go big on their ideas and stand out with some of the biggest brands in the country.
What you'll do
  • Come up with and execute on completely out of the box, never-been-done marketing campaigns
  • Deeply understand our customers in order to find ways to cut through the noise
  • Obsess over the messaging and stories that we tell in order to drive meetings once we get someone's initial attention
  • Get creative with how we use AI and our internal data to run maximally effective campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with our sales org to find winning campaigns and learn from the front lines
What you'll bring
  • Marketing generalist. You are a strong marketing generalist. You have an intuition for good marketing, you have familiarity with a broad number of marketing channels, and you can solve a wide array of marketing challenges.
  • Strong copywriter. You have a knack for high quality writing and experience putting that writing into the world.
  • Creativity. You are naturally creative and have a history of coming up with creative ideas to cut through the noise.
  • AI native. You have experience using AI to speed up your work and raise the ceiling on the quality of your projects.
  • Relentless operational excellence. Great ideas only matter when the execution is flawless. You sweat the details, run tight processes, and ensure everything you ship delivers an incredible experience.
  • Hustle and grit. You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of new problems, and iterate quickly until you land what works.
  • Exceptional cross-functional skills. You build strong partnerships with sales, product, and external partners to build systems that are aligned, high leverage, and easy to execute against.
  • High-ownership leader. You set the standard, lead from the front, and take full accountability for outcomes.

What brings us together is our commitment to:
  • Live to build
  • Run through walls and win
  • Obsess over customers in each line of code
  • Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"
  • Show internal locus of control
  • Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship
