Job Overview:

As the AVP, Growth Manager, you will support the development and growth of our LPL supported advisor affiliation with Linsco/ Liquidity & Succession model by supporting and executing the overall growth strategy alongside the Field Management Team. You will be responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable our clients, the Financial Advisors, practice growth and bolster the advisor community.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic growth programs, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organization priorities and measurable business outcomes.

  • Develop and operationalize program governance frameworks, including project plans, timelines, dependencies and communication cadences to ensure consistent delivery and accountability.

  • Partner with the events team and external wholesalers on conference planning, funding, invitations and execution; service as the primary point person for advisor communications related to Recognition trips and ad hoc event needs.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing fact-based insights to drive results and optimize the sales process.

  • Tactically execute project deliverables, ensuring that sales enablement efforts deliver on the strategic goals.

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and define scalable best practices

  • Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to execute initiatives that improve processes and ultimately align with broader growth goals

  • Responsible for collecting voice of the client feedback and data to support capabilities expansion.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of financial services experience and experience working in wealth management

  • 5+ years of utilizing Excel in a proficient capacity

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Ability to travel up to 30%, with occasional visits to a designated office location as business needs require.

Pay Range:

$99,910.00 - $166,448.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
