Job description

Manifest is rebuilding the legal system from the ground up-starting with immigration. We pair top attorneys with powerful software to help global talent live and work in the U.S. legally, quickly, and with confidence.
We're backed by world-class investors and scaling fast. As we grow, we're looking for a high-EQ, execution-driven Sales & Growth Associate to help individuals navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives-and to help Manifest become the trusted platform for extraordinary talent.
Salary range: $120K OTE (uncapped)
The Role
We're hiring a Sales & Growth Associate who is hungry to build - someone who wants to sell trust, expertise, and transformation, not transactional services.
At Manifest, you'll own net-new revenue for individual immigration clients. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, researchers, artists, and operators navigating the U.S. immigration system, helping them understand their options and decide whether Manifest is the right partner.
This is a high-trust, high-consequence sales role. Choosing an immigration attorney is deeply personal and financially meaningful. You'll be expected to lead thoughtful, consultative conversations and deliver a white-glove experience that reflects the seriousness of the decision.
You'll collaborate closely with Legal, Marketing, Product, and Operations-building a book of business while helping shape how we sell, onboard, and serve clients at scale.
If you're motivated by ownership, relationship-driven selling, and building something category-defining, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Own and grow new business
  • Own a ~$5M annual new-business quota selling to individual immigration clients
  • Lead deal cycles from qualification through close
  • Diagnose client needs and guide them toward the right immigration pathway
Act as a trusted advisor
  • Help clients navigate complex, high-stakes immigration decisions
  • Clearly explain options, timelines, and tradeoffs with confidence and empathy
  • Build trust quickly through structured, thoughtful conversations
Deliver a white-glove experience
  • Personalize the sales journey based on each client's goals and background
  • Experiment with improvements to conversion and client engagement
  • Leverage Manifest's deep bench of attorneys to highlight expertise and outcomes
Partner across the business
  • Work closely with Legal to design compliant, high-trust solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing on events, partnerships, and referral channels
  • Share grounded insights from prospects to inform product and service improvements
Build better process
  • Identify gaps in our sales, product, or service workflows and help improve them
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and clear internal communication
  • Manage handoffs, pilots, and cross-functional alignment through close
• Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, SDR, or client-facing roles
  • Experience engaging customers around complex, high-consideration decisions (legal, financial, education, healthcare, or similar)
  • Strong comfort leading high-stakes, trust-based conversations
  • Highly organized, methodical, and able to manage deals end-to-end
You might be a fit if
  • You're early in your sales career and hungry to grow fast
  • You're energized by relationship-driven, consultative selling
  • You have strong EQ and build trust naturally with a wide range of people
  • You enjoy owning outcomes rather than following scripts
  • You're excited by a modern, non-traditional approach to legal services
