  • Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the agency's positioning and services
  • Build and manage a healthy network through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow up, referrals, and networking
  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospective clients' goals, challenges, and budgets
  • Collaborate with agency teams to develop tailored proposals, scopes of work, and presentations
  • Own the pitch process from initial contact through scope of work development
  • Serve as a strategic partner to new clients during initial onboarding and scope of work development process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and industry contacts
  • Track and report on network activity, revenue forecasts, and performance against goals
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements
7+ years of experience in new business, brand management and/or communication management within a marketing, experiential, advertising, or creative agency
Experience with sports and/or entertainment brands (either agency or brand side)
Proven track record of building new client relationships
Strong understanding of marketing services (strategy, branding, experiential)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once
