Job description

High-performance dental practice ยท Full-time ยท On-site ยท Not an office manager role

Key Focus Areas:
$3.7M practice scaling up ยท P&L ownership ยท Sales systems ยท Seat at the table ยท Performance incentives

About the Role

We are a fast-growing dental practice ready to go from good to exceptional and we need the business mind to get us there.

Not someone to manage the day-to-day.
Not someone who waits for direction.

We want the person who understands the business better than we do and proves it through systems, strategy, and results.

What You Will OwnThe Financial Line

Own the P&L, margins, collections, and financial KPIs. Identify where money is leaking and where opportunity is hiding then act on it. Work directly with the owner on financial decisions and growth plans.

The Sales Line

Design, build, and protect the entire sales system โ€” from lead to consult to treatment plan to closed case.

Equip Treatment Coordinators with the scripts, tools, and training to present and close high-ticket cases, including veneers, implants, and full cosmetic cases.

You do not sell in the room โ€” you build the system that makes sales happen.

The Systems Line

Build SOPs, dashboards, and reporting that make the practice scalable โ€” not dependent on heroic effort.

Find bottlenecks and fix them structurally. Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the team.

The Growth Line

Partner with marketing to align campaigns with financial and sales goals.

Use data to decide where to invest, what to cut, and what to double down on.

Help design the roadmap for higher margins, stronger profit, and future expansion.

Who You Are

  • Proven leader with measurable business results.
  • Financially literate โ€” P&L, forecasting, operational metrics.
  • Strategic problem solver who acts independently.
  • Builder of systems, SOPs, and accountability structures.
  • Direct communicator who leads without micromanaging.
  • Experienced in sales systems or revenue operations.
  • Comfortable directing conversations and proposing better solutions.
  • Data-driven โ€” you translate numbers into decisions.
  • Relentless drive to grow personally and professionally.
  • Brings expertise beyond what currently exists in the organization.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, aesthetics, or another high-ticket service business.
  • MBA or advanced business education.
  • Background in strategy, consulting, finance, or executive leadership.
  • Experience leading a business through significant growth or expansion.

This Is NOT for You If

  • You want a classic office manager role focused on schedules, supplies, and basic admin.
  • You wait for direction when things go wrong instead of solving it yourself.
  • Numbers, accountability, and ambitious goals make you uncomfortable.
  • You prefer stability over innovation and change.

We have strong production, a great team, and a clear vision.

What we need now is the strategic mind that sees a $3.7M practice and asks:

โ€œWhat is keeping this from $7M?โ€

And already has a plan.

Direct access to the owner.
A real seat at the table.
Performance incentives tied to growth.

We are looking for someone who can teach us, challenge us, and help us become better than we are today.

If that is you, show us how you think.

Company Description

We are a multi-specialty dental practice with two locations serving an affluent, discerning community that expects the very best. Built on cutting-edge technology, clinical excellence, and a luxury patient experience, we offer everything from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to complex implant and full-mouth cases โ€” all under one roof. But beyond the treatments we provide, our mission is simple: to make a real difference in our patients' lives โ€” caring deeply for their health, their quality of life, and their longevity. We are ambitious, fast-growing, and building the team and systems to take us to the next level.
