-Operate with high autonomy and ownership over your success.

How You'll Be Measured

This is a quota carrying role measured by revenue attainment. Deal sizes range from $75K to $5M+ with an average 30-day sales cycle.  Revenue is measured by agent, team and brokerage production volume.

Location

Based in our Arlington (Washington Blvd.) office, this onsite, market-facing role will have you engaging clients in the field while collaborating in person with local teams and agents.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
-Proven success in a quota-carrying role
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Self-starter with strong judgment
-Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
-Track record of high performance

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually, with a target bonus of $30,000-$60,000 and uncapped bonus potential. We provide a full range of benefits and compensation may include equity. Base pay is based on market location.
