Job description

About Us
For a long time, Farsight has been best-in-class at deliverables generation and iteration. Unlike general AI finance platforms that focus primarily on research, Farsight has spent years focused on producing high-quality, personalized end deliverables. This has given us a meaningful advantage in capturing judgment data: the comments, edits, and nuances a partner makes on a deck or model as it travels from first draft to final version.
Our platform enables teams to deliver full client-ready documents natively in Microsoft Office Suite (slide decks, CIMs, financial models, memos) end-to-end. By using your firm's historical best practices and voice there are no generic outputs. Everything is aligned to your brand.
Security, scale, and precision matter. We operate with SOC-2 compliance, full end-to-end encryption, and deployment options from customer-cloud to on-premise.
Our Strategy & Ops team is made up of members with backgrounds from: J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Evercore, General Atlantic, Mizuho, Barclays, and more!
Role Overview
As a Strategic Growth Manager on the Strategy & Ops team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of investment banks and private equity firms, guiding them from onboarding through full platform adoption and beyond. You will develop a deep understanding of each customer's workflows, goals, and challenges, and proactively connect them to the platform capabilities that create the most value. You will own renewals, manage account health, and identify and close expansion opportunities within your book of business.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on building relationships with demanding, sophisticated clients and takes personal pride in their customers' success.
We are entirely based in Manhattan and are in-person 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).
Key Responsibilities
  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders at each account, becoming their trusted point of contact for everything from day-to-day questions to strategic workflow design
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer goals and connecting them to platform capabilities they haven't yet unlocked
  • Manage renewals and account health proactively, surfacing risks early and resolving them before they become problems
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, with a track record of managing and delivering for large, complex accounts
  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients, major financial institutions, or enterprise technology companies
  • You know what it means to hold a relationship with a demanding client and drive outcomes across a large organization
  • NYC-based and able to work onsite as needed.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in enterprise AI platforms or fintech/financial services
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, CRMs, and data room platforms
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range: $140,000 to $170,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
    • Equity at a Series A company
  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO

Note: You'll need valid U.S. work authorization to join us.
Please note that a background check and employment verification may be required for this position. We may obtain one or more background screening reports about you, solely for employment purposes.
