Job Summary:

Responsible for data entry into the organization's CRM, Raiser's Edge. Provides oversight of the Raiser's Edge database ensuring gift entry consistency and accuracy. Creates accurate exports, mailing lists and other donor recognition data. Assists with biannual donor wall updates. Produces accurate mailing lists and queries to assist development staff & operations with accurate financial and donor data. Processes all Gifts-In-Kind and on-line gifts, assists with cash & check gift entry. Maintains pledge records and is responsible for invoices for prior commitments. Assists Annual Giving Team when assigned.

Qualifications:


Education

  • College Degree - 4 year (required) Or
  • Equivalent Experience (required)


Work Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years Related experience (required)


Skills and Abilities

  • Virtuous, or any CRM Database.
