Job description

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Gift Processing Coordinator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and allocate donations in the donor database according to organizational guidelines.
  • Manage tax receipt and acknowledgment processes, including issuing receipts and donor summaries.
  • Maintain and update constituent records while ensuring data integrity and resolving duplicates.
  • Oversee tribute-related activities, including tracking and preparing honoree or memorial cards.
  • Monitor online donation platforms for fraud alerts and process refunds when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, and familiarity with donor CRMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and donors.
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit gift processing or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce NPSP or comparable fundraising CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with donation platforms such as Fundraise Up or GoFundMe Pro.
