Job description

American Home Design, Tennessee's #1 Home Improvement company is hiring a full-time Assistant Field Sales Trainer in the Nashville area. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who can generate leads at a high level while coaching and developing our field marketing team. The schedule for this position will be Wednesday through Sunday.

What You'll Do

  • Generate high-quality leads at events and in retail environments
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate lead generators to improve performance and confidence
  • Train new hires and support lower-performing team members
  • Visit retail locations and maintain strong relationships with store managers
  • Event Setup and teardown
  • Ensure teams are prepared, professional, and set up for success
  • Reinforce best practices in customer engagement and lead generation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in events, retail marketing, canvassing, or face-to-face sales
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Comfort working in retail stores, at events, and field-based environments
  • Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Home improvement or big-box store marketing experience is a plus
