Job Description Environmental Solutions - Territory Sales Executive (Storage & Tank Leasing) Profile Summary This Territory Sales Executive role focuses on the direct sales and relationship management of both new and existing industrial clients. The primary objective is to expand and support specialized tank leasing services across the Baytown/Houston, TX, and surrounding Gulf Coast markets. In this role, you will inherit an existing book of business to grow organically while proactively hunting for new customer partnerships.

You will work closely with transportation and industrial firms requiring specialized rental equipment, such as trailers and tankers. Our storage solutions center on stainless-steel tank leasing for both short- and long-term needs (ranging from month-to-month to 5-year terms) for the storage and transport of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Core Service Offerings Our environmental equipment solutions cater to the chemical, energy, manufacturing, refining, and transportation sectors, including: Specialized Rentals: Frac tanks, weir tanks, mixer tanks, vacuum boxes, dewatering boxes, and roll-off containers.

Compliance & Maintenance: Equipment cleaning, inspection, and repair protocols before and after rental cycles. Industrial Cleaning: Tank and vessel desludging, degassing, and decontamination services. Technical Support: Tank maintenance capabilities including welding, rebuilding, sandblasting, and DOT/ASME-related inspections.

Integrated Solutions: These leasing services are part of a total environmental package including waste transportation, treatment, disposal, and emergency response support. Principal Responsibilities Retention & Growth: Sustain effective long-term relationships with key decision-makers to retain existing business while identifying opportunities to expand service penetration. Strategic Planning: Create detailed growth and risk-rating plans for top-tier accounts.

Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust sales funnel through proactive outreach and strategic networking to ensure consistent new customer acquisition. Consultative Selling: Analyze customer operations and regulatory requirements to design customized environmental solutions, collaborating with internal teams to align with client goals. Market Intelligence: Stay current on market behavior, competitive trends, and pricing structures to anticipate changing customer needs.

CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools daily to document activities, track leads, and manage the sales lifecycle. Documentation: Complete all Service Agreements, Pricing Proposals, and Onboarding forms accurately and in accordance with company policy. Qualifications Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the equipment or tank leasing space, specifically with a focus on environmental or industrial solutions.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory compliance regarding HAZMAT storage and transportation. Sales Acumen: Strong ability to build long-term relationships and deliver high-quality presentations in a fast-paced environment. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience managing pipelines via CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Preferred Experience: 2-4 years of experience within the waste or environmental services industry.
