We offer a large and desirable inventory of new Mack and Volvo heavy-duty trucks and all makes of used trucks. Our full-service line-up also features quality parts, state-of-the-art service, collision centers and fuel, leasing/rental, financing, and insurance. Our locations are authorized service centers for Mack, Volvo, Cummins, Meritor, Eaton and Fuller warranties. TEC truly offers the convenience of one-stop shopping for all trucking-related needs.
Overview
Our leasing business offers full-service leasing, contract maintenance, and rentals, supported by Mack Leasing Systems, Volvo Truck Leasing Systems, and NationaLease. We are seeking a Leasing Sales Representative to help grow our business. We offer competitive base pay + attractive commission structure, including use of company car, cell phone, and laptop.
Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within your assigned territory
  • Identify decision maker(s) for prospective customers
  • Meet sales quotas and monthly sales activity goals and maintain records of activity results in system
  • Conduct facility tours, and vehicle demonstrations
  • Develop proper equipment specification for opportunities by keeping current on medium and heavy-duty truck specifications including performance, service, and warranty information
  • Develop and present sales proposals to prospects for all product lines, (for example, full service lease, contract maintenance, sales or service, etc). + Apply business strategies necessary in presenting a solution to obtain signed contract and/or sale by making all company products and services available to customers and prospects
  • Create target lists, participates in sales blitzes, and pursue prospective business within assigned territory
  • Submit required reports, including Weekly Sales Call Summary, to Leasing Manager

Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of direct lease sales experience preferred
  • Familiar with heavy duty truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria
  • Comfortable with cold call solicitation
  • Proficient with computer programs and MS Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective time management and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $72,000 to $84,000.
