Job description

Leasing Sales Manager

M&K Truck Centers is one of the largest regional dealers in the Midwest, specializing in providing industry-leading solutions for medium and heavy-duty trucks. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Sales Manager.

The Leasing Manager is responsible for success of the Leasing sales team. The manager will assist in selling our truck lines by implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff and providing the necessary support to meet forecasted goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs and coordinates all activities of the Leasing Sales Department in accomplishing objectives and defined sales goals.
  • Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales and net profit target based on current market conditions.
  • Evaluates Leasing Sales Department performance. Sets goals and standards and takes appropriate steps to achieve.
  • Evaluates performance of leasing sales personnel.
  • Develops and trains Lease Sales personnel to ensure objectives are met; assists in selling efforts where necessary.
  • Advises executive leadership.

What We’re Looking for?

  • Expert level knowledge of the Heavy & Medium Duty Diesel Industry as it pertains to leasing and rental.
  • Extensive Sales and Management training.
  • Outstanding people skills / customer service
  • This position also requires some travel to all of our dealerships, approximately 50-75% travel to locations in Iowa and Minnesota
  • The employee will experience normal travel and weather hazards. Some overnight travel will be expected occasionally.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors in BA preferred but not required
  • 3 Years of management experience, and an outstanding sales record.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Skilled in the operation of a variety of computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Hold a strong knowledge of commercial trucks.
