WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We currently seeking a Leasing Manager (Bi-Lingual preferable) for a multifamily residentials apartments in Hoover AL, area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently overall lead the leasing team and performing the general business operations of the apartment community. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of previous experience exercising as a leasing consultant handling all aspects of leasing apartments including but not limited to provide training, organize meetings to discuss occupancy goals, and coordinate the leasing staff. Also, greeting prospective residents, responding, and converting telephone inquiries, tours in the community with prospective residents, follow up with prospects and close the sale, processes applications within 24-48 hours, types leases, obtain signatures for completion of leases/paperwork prior to move-in, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a leadership and positive, can-do attitude and be an effective as a team leader and partner.

Qualified individuals must have at least 2 or more years experience in leasing, sales, advertising, marketing, or similar.
