Job description

Are you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people find their next home? American Communities is looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team and create exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents.

As the first point of contact for our community, you will showcase apartment homes, build relationships with prospects, and guide them through the leasing process. Your sales skills, professionalism, and commitment to customer service will help drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents.
  • Conduct apartment and community tours.
  • Follow up on leads and leasing inquiries.
  • Process applications and lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records and resident communications.
  • Support resident retention and renewal efforts.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service every day.
