Job description

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for property management and delivering exceptional resident experiences? American Communities is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall success of one of our apartment communities.

In this role, you will lead and support an on-site team, drive property performance, manage financial goals, and ensure a high standard of customer service and community operations. Your leadership, organization, and attention to detail will play a vital role in creating a positive environment where residents and team members thrive.

We are looking for a professional with 3–5+ years of property management experience, strong operational and leadership skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, customer-focused, and committed to excellence in every aspect of community management.
