We're growing our Rental Division and looking for a motivated, community-minded Showing Leasing Agent to join our team across the Chicagoland area. In this role, you'll be the first face renters see when they're searching for their next apartment, condo, or home, and the steady, knowledgeable guide who helps them get there. Whether someone is relocating, downsizing, or renting for the very first time, you'll make the experience feel effortless and supported.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
• Show available rental properties, apartments, condos, townhomes, and single-family homes to prospective tenants throughout the Chicagoland area
• Host leasing tours and walkthroughs that reflect the warmth and professionalism of the Serene Realty brand
• Respond promptly and courteously to renter inquiries via phone, text, and email to keep prospects engaged and moving forward
• Assist renters in identifying properties that match their lifestyle, budget, and location preferences
• Coordinate showing schedules with landlords, property managers, and listing agents to keep the process seamless
• Research available rental inventory, neighborhood amenities, transit access, and school information to confidently answer renter questions
• Support the leasing pipeline by keeping accurate records of client preferences, showing activity, and follow-up notes in the CRM
