Leasing Agent – Apartment Leasing & Property Management

Location: Fiddyment Farm, Roseville, CA (Placer County)
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26.50/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent / Property Management Professional to support a residential community in the Fiddyment Farm area of Roseville, CA. This role focuses on apartment leasing, tenant relations, resident retention, and property operations support within a fast-paced property management environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in multi-family housing, affordable housing (LIHTC), and property management software such as Yardi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and actively attract and screen prospective tenants
• Provide tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process
• Build strong resident relationships to improve tenant satisfaction and retention
• Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work orders and repair requests
• Support property performance by assisting with occupancy and renewal goals
• Ensure compliance with property management policies, HOA/community rules, and lease agreements
• Assist with administrative duties including leasing paperwork, renewals, and documentation
• Collaborate with property staff to maintain smooth daily operations
• Help enforce community standards and ensure a well-maintained living environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, apartment leasing, or real estate support
• Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) properties strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Yardi property management software preferred
• Knowledge of residential leases, rental agreements, and fair housing practices
• Strong customer service and tenant relations skills
