The Leasing Agent plays a critical role in the property management team by serving as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants. This position is responsible for marketing available rental properties, scheduling property tours, and facilitating the leasing process from application to move-in. The Leasing Agent ensures that all leasing activities comply with fair housing laws and company policies, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Success in this role directly impacts occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction, contributing to the overall profitability and reputation of the property. The Leasing Agent collaborates closely with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs and support community engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and property management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
