Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leasing Agent to join our property management team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our community and play a vital role in the leasing process by providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with prospective and current residents. Your enthusiasm and professional demeanor will help drive occupancy and create a welcoming atmosphere for newcomers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet prospective tenants with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing detailed information on available properties and the benefits of becoming a resident.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of units and common areas to potential renters.
- Manage leasing inquiries via in-person, phone, and online channels, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.
- Assist applicants with the leasing application process, including paperwork, background checks, and income verification.
- Negotiate lease terms and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of local rental markets and competitor properties to effectively position our offerings.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless transition for residents.
