Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems, ensuring records are complete, organized, and compliant with company standards. You’ll assist with data verification, documentation review, and quality control to support overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Data Entry & Processing:

  • Review incoming information for completeness and accuracy.

  • Enter and update data in internal systems with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Verify supporting documentation and ensure all required fields are properly completed.

  • Maintain organized digital records and follow company data-handling procedures.

Data Review & Analysis:

  • Audit files to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal guidelines.

  • Identify missing or incorrect information and work with team members to resolve discrepancies.

  • Monitor data flow to ensure timely completion of processing tasks.

Post-Processing & Reporting:

  • Prepare and organize completed files for recordkeeping and follow-up activities.

  • Generate reports or summaries as needed for management review.

  • Support other administrative and operational functions as required.

Quality Control:

  • Review data entries for accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
