About the Role

The Assistant - Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham's Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting Revenue Operations leadership in all aspects of the revenue process, while processing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) write-offs as appropriate. This role will be located in our Houston office. Please note that this role will require in-office presence 5 days a week during the initial training period. After the training period, the role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Applying Billed On Account balances as requested
  • Processing time/costs transfers and narrative edits to timecards as required
  • Liaising with Coordinator - Revenue Operations to ensure all invoices are generated and queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Managing shared mailbox to ensure that all queries and requests are addressed in a punctual manner
  • Assisting with data input into financial systems
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage own workload and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Possess strong technology skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook

And have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably
  • Prior work experience in a professional services environment, preferably
  • Experience using financial systems, preferably
