- Participate in a structured rotational program spanning manufacturing, distribution, production tracking, and customer service.
- Gain a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of global manufacturing workflows, logistics, and supply chain operations.

What We're Looking For:

- A strong willingness and physical capability to work dynamically across diverse environments-from the manufacturing shop floor and distribution docks to executive office settings.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills paired with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- High proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite and a strong aptitude for learning new internal enterprise software databases.
