Operations Training Specialist
The Operations Training Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality operational training programs that support business objectives and improve workforce performance. This role designs, facilitates, and evaluates training for individuals and groups, ensuring content effectiveness, learner engagement, and measurable return on investment (ROI). The position operates remotely and requires significant travel to support operational teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver operational training materials, facilitate engaging individual, and group training sessions, both virtually and in person.
  • Research, develop, and maintain training curriculum aligned with current training platforms and organizational goals.
  • Conduct post-training assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Reviewing and updating Learning & Development documentation and training materials.

Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience delivering training based on adult learning principles.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both group and individual training environments.
  • Advanced customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Oracle ERP system experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience creating Learning & Development or operational training documents.
  • Remote work experience and ability to work independently.

Travel & Work Requirements
  • Overnight travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Minimal weekend travel required.

Work Environment
  • Remote position with frequent on-site training support at operational locations.
