About the Job:

IRISS is seeking a high energy, progressive, and experienced Corporate/ Manufacturing Recruiter to own and execute full-cycle recruiting for critical and high-priority roles across our growing organization across multiple regions. This onsite position partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build targeted talent pipelines, and attract qualified candidates who can help us manufacture, support, engineer, and scale our safety and reliability solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting fundamentals with a firsthand, high-urgency approach and the ability to quickly understand corporate, technical, and manufacturing roles. You will recruit across corporate, production, operations, skilled trades, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, functions while delivering organized, responsive, and high-quality candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake and sourcing strategy through interviews, selection, offer acceptance, and pre-employment handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing priorities, role requirements, success profiles, and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for manufacturing, technical, skilled-trade, and hard-to-fill positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS tools, referrals, networking, and other channels.
  • Recruit across production, operations, skilled trades, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, and related corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and anticipated workforce demand.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment support, reference steps, and selection communication.
  • Provide hiring managers with practical market insights on talent availability, compensation, competition, and recruiting trends.
  • Deliver a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and track recruiting activity, pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other hiring metrics.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, sourcing approaches, and communication practices to increase speed and quality of hire.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technical, or skilled-trades environments.
  • Proven success recruiting for high-volume and/or hard-to-fill positions in a challenging environment.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical and manufacturing job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing and screening criteria.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and influence recruiting decisions with sound judgment and market data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, follow-through, and time-management skills.
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting technologies and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in an onsite, collaborative environment.
  • Strong MS experience with Shared Files and Excel.
  • Recruiting and Data Analytics
