Job description

SUMMARY
The IT Technical Systems Recruiter at AssistRx is an individual contributor responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technical talent supporting our enterprise platforms, infrastructure, data ecosystem, and product innovation teams. This role blends technical fluency, healthcare compliance awareness, and high-volume precision recruiting to ensure we hire exceptional talent that strengthens our mission to transform lives through access to therapy. This is a full-time, direct-hire position within AssistRx's Talent Acquisition team.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, this individual partners closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Systems leaders to build diverse, high-performing teams, and acts as a trusted partner to IT and Product hiring managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting
  • Technical Talent Acquisition - Own full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Integration Specialists, Security Analysts, and Enterprise Systems professionals.
  • Intake & Workforce Planning - Lead intake sessions with IT and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and success profiles.
  • Sourcing Excellence - Build multi-platform Boolean sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, and niche healthcare IT communities.
  • Candidate Assessment - Evaluate technical competencies, systems experience, and problem-solving capabilities using structured, evidence-based methods.
  • Pipeline Management - Maintain high-quality, diverse pipelines aligned to AssistRx's growth roadmap.

Stakeholder Partnership
  • Hiring Manager Enablement - Coach hiring managers on interview best practices, competency alignment, and selection decisions.
  • Employer Brand Amplification - Represent AssistRx's mission, culture, and technology vision in all candidate interactions.

Systems, Data & Compliance
  • ATS & Data Integrity - Ensure accurate, compliant candidate data within iCIMS and support AI-driven scoring and workflow automation.
  • Compliance & Risk Management - Uphold HIPAA, data privacy, and regulated-industry hiring standards.

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience in technical recruiting will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting technical and systems roles in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated technology environments.
  • Experience hiring for cloud, data, integration, security, or enterprise systems roles.
  • Working knowledge of Boolean logic, sourcing automation tools, and AI-enhanced recruiting workflows.
  • Experience supporting ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred) and using analytics to inform decisions.
  • Comfort partnering directly with IT and Product hiring managers.

Preferred
  • Experience recruiting in healthtech, pharmacy systems, or specialty medication platforms.
  • Familiarity with AssistRx-relevant technologies such as cloud (Azure), API/HL7/FHIR integrations, data engineering & analytics, security frameworks (SOC2, HITRUST), and enterprise systems & workflow automation.
  • Ability to operate in high-volume environments with precision.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM) a plus.
