As a Distribution Account Manager at AccuLynx, you will be essential in helping our contractor clients maximize the platform's value. Your primary objective is to drive the integration and adoption of digital ordering through our partners. This multifaceted role combines strategic account management with a focus on accelerating digital ordering. By applying your sales expertise and industry knowledge, you will educate users on the transformative benefits of our integrated material partnerships. Your work will directly help clients streamline workflows, improve customer satisfaction, and expand their businesses.

AccuLynx Distribution Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales & Prospecting:
    • Implement a strategic sales approach to meet adoption goals for the digital ordering feature.
    • Analyze the needs of current AccuLynx users to identify growth opportunities and drive 100% adoption of digital ordering.
  • Client Management & Relationship Building:
    • Facilitate the partner integration within the AccuLynx platform using client-provided credentials.
    • Cultivate strong relationships by collaborating with both customers and partner representatives to encourage digital ordering.
    • Support high levels of adoption by helping clients develop effective Estimate and Order Templates.
    • Maintain proactive communication via phone, email, or text to ensure customers consistently submit digital orders through AccuLynx to their chosen partners.
    • Deliver professional and diligent assistance to address all customer needs related to ordering and template management.
  • Product Expertise & Customer Enablement:
    • Provide training to client personnel on how to maximize the utility of AccuLynx's digital ordering capabilities.
    • Give compelling presentations that demonstrate the benefits of the digital ordering process, such as optimized workflows and accelerated material orders.
    • Collaborate with customers to achieve smooth integration and adoption of partnerships, ultimately increasing digital ordering revenue.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited 4-year college in business or related field
  • 1 year of sales related work experience
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • โ€œHunterโ€ mentality - you have a passion for finding ways to generate new business
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - the idea of being an active participant in a growing company must excite you
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative and commitment
  • Must be tech savvy and able to navigate a CRM
