Job description

We are looking for a US Remote based Renewal Account Manager to join our Renewal Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about renewal processes within Life Sciences and Healthcare.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years' related experience in sales or customer service

  • 3+ years of experience working with Excel

  • Renewals Account Manager experience

  • Consultative selling and strategic account management skills

  • Prior background in Life Sciences or Healthcare customer-facing roles

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Engage proactively with customers to identify opportunities, understand needs, and deliver responsive, solution-oriented support

  • Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales and initiatives

  • Execute defined renewal and retention strategies, contributing to broader comprehensive sales plans

About the Team

The team is responsible for account renewal within Life Sciences and Healthcare space in Clarivate.

Hours of Work

  • This is a remote position within the continental United States.

  • This is a full-time, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.

The expected base salary for this position is $63,200 - $79,000 USD per year.This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings.Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
