Lead a Team That Keeps Healthcare in Southwest Florida Moving 

Are you an experienced dispatcher, transportation coordinator, logistics lead, or fleet professional ready to take the next step into leadership? 

LeeSar is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations that support hospitals, pharmacies, EMS services, and healthcare providers throughout Southwest Florida. 

This is an opportunity to move beyond managing routes and become a frontline operations leader responsible for real-time decision-making, team development, and service excellence.

What You'll Do 

As Dispatch Supervisor, you'll oversee daily dispatch operations that support courier, pharmacy, EMS, and distribution services throughout Southwest Florida. You'll coordinate driver coverage, monitor real-time operations, resolve service issues, coach team members, and ensure reliable transportation services that directly support patient care. 

Occasional weekend coverage may be required based on operational needs. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • 3+ years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, fleet, or related operations experience 

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
