A successful Dispatch Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring customer databases are updated and maintained according to customer requirements; overseeing the day-to-day supervision of assigned dispatchers, sub contractors, and field employees; ensuring work is dispatched according to company standards; communicating and maintaining a positive relationship with the customer(s). At a minimum, the position requires excellent communications skills, a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of office software with emphasis on Microsoft and Google; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
This position is a remote position.

What you'll do
  • Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
  • Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

  • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project.

What you'll need
  • Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
  • Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
  • Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

The wage range for Supervisor Dispatch is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
